Accessibility Statement
Where this site stands against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, what we have fixed, and what we know is still outstanding.

Our commitment
We want anyone to be able to book a bay, read our rates, and reach us, whatever they use to browse the web. Accessibility is part of how the site gets built rather than a pass at the end.
The standard we build to
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. We consider the site partially conformant: most of it meets that bar and some of it has not been fully audited yet. We are not claiming full conformance, because we have not finished testing every page.
What is in place
- Text and background colours are measured against the WCAG contrast thresholds rather than eyeballed, including text sitting over photographs.
- Headings run in order so a screen reader can be used to navigate the page structure.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text, and images that are decoration are hidden from assistive technology instead of being announced.
- Interactive elements can be reached with a keyboard and show a visible focus ring.
- Animation is reduced or removed when your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
- Form fields have real labels attached to them, and errors are announced rather than shown only as a colour change.
- Carousels have previous and next buttons, so nothing depends on a swipe gesture.
Known gaps
Being straight about this is more useful than a blanket claim.
- There is no skip-to-content link yet, so reaching the main content by keyboard means tabbing through the navigation.
- Not every page has been through a full audit. The homepage has had the most attention.
- The embedded Google Map in the footer is third-party content and its accessibility is outside our control.
- Some third-party booking and payment screens are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

The venue itself
This statement is about the website. For questions about access to the building, parking, or the bays, contact us at info@flightclubgolf.com and we will tell you exactly what to expect before you travel.
This page is a plain-language summary of how we operate. It is not legal advice. If something here is unclear, email info@flightclubgolf.com and we will explain it.
